Every engagement begins with a single planning session where we build the menu, the service format, and the staffing plan together. You approve it once; our kitchen and service teams execute it as one.

Coordination between our kitchen and floor staff is never your problem. We manage both, which means nothing arrives late, cold, or out of sequence. That is the Whelan standard on every event we accept.

We accept a limited number of events per month to maintain this standard. Availability is the first thing we confirm.
